Proposed Licence - Council Land known as 35 South Street Rydalmere

Section 47 Local Government Act 1993

Council is proposing to enter into a Licence with “Rydalmere F.C. Inc” for the use of Council-owned Land for the purpose of conducting Football (Soccer) and similar recreation activities.  The Council-owned land subject of this proposal is known as Lot 1 DP 181587, Lot 41 DP 1117083 and Lot 1 DP 1096195 being Rydalmere Park, 35 South Street, Rydalmere NSW.  A Plan of the subject Licenced Area is shown below.

The licence is proposed for a period of three (3) years. The proposal is in accordance with the existing Plan of Management for the Land.  The Club will make available the Land for use by the public outside of its scheduled matches and training.  In accordance with Section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993, submissions may be made regarding the proposal within twenty-eight (28) days.
