Rates Season Advice
2019/2020 1st Half Yearly Rates Notices Issued

Property Owners within Charters Towers Regional Council are advised that the 2019/2020 1st Half Yearly Rates Notices were issued on Thursday 05 September 2019.

Discount closes: Tuesday 08 October 2019.

If you have not received a Rates Notice or have any questions in relation to the Notice, please contact Council’s Rates Section 07 4761 5300.

Some Rate Payments may not be Reflected on your Rate Account

While rates notices were issued on Thursday 05 September 2019, rates notice data was lifted on Tuesday 27 August 2019.

If you made a payment on that day or later, the receipt will not be reflected on your rates notice.

Property Owners can be confident, however, the payments have been credited to the rate account.

If you need to confirm the amount outstanding on your rate account, please contact Council’s Rates Section on 07 4761 5300.
