PROPOSED REGIONAL PRICE PREFERENCE POLICY

INVITATION FOR SUBMISSIONS COMMENTING ON THE PROPOSED REGIONAL PRICE PREFERENCE POLICY

The Shire of Carnarvon has prepared a Regional Price Preference Policy. As a result of the previous notification period, alterations were made and approved for notification at the  Ordinary August 2019 Council Meeting.

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Part 4a of the Local Government (Functions and General) Regulations 1996 Part 4A, Section 24 (E) of the intention to adopt the altered proposed Regional Price Preference Policy. The region to which the policy relates is within the local government boundary of the:

- Shire of Carnarvon - Shire of Shark Bay - Shire of Upper Gascoyne - Shire of Exmouth

Invitations are sought for comment on the altered Regional Price Preference Policy, with submissions to be received no later than 5pm (WST) Thursday 10 October 2019.
