Public consultation on draft lease

Following a call for Expressions of Interest, Alexandrina Council proposes a 21 year commercial lease agreement with a third party to repair and restore the Barrage Road Marina for local community and tourism benefit. Located on a portion of land on Barrage Road Goolwa adjacent to the Bristow Smith Reserve, the Marina has recently been operated by Council.

Submissions regarding the proposed Lease of the Barrage Road Marina will be accepted by Council until 5pm on Friday, 4 October 2019.
