To keep our community up to date with key Council decisions, outcomes and plans; here is a snapshot summary from Council’s Wednesday 11 September 2019 ordinary meeting.

Vibrant communities Council resolved to commence the process to formally acquire land for bridge replacement works at Allambee Estate Road in Allambee. Thriving economy Safe and sustainable environments Organisational excellence Council approved the sale of a parcel of land at 63 Alfred Street in Warragul and invites public submissions under Section 223 of the Local Government Act. Council endorsed the results of the 2019 Community Satisfaction Survey and 2019 Customer Experience Benchmark. What's next?

The next meeting will be a Special Council meeting (to adopt the annual financial report and performance statement) from 4.30pm on Wednesday 18 September at the West Gippsland Arts Centre. Community members are welcome to attend or tune into the live stream from home. The agenda for the next meeting will be available online the Friday prior to the meeting.
