Kindergarten program at Studley Park Kindergarten, Kew

Early Years Management provider bestchance has advised the City of Boroondara and the Victorian Department of Education and Training (DET) of their intention to transfer the licence to operate the funded kindergarten program at Studley Park Kindergarten, Kew, at the end of the 2019 kindergarten year.

DET is working with bestchance to ensure a seamless transfer for children, families and staff to a new early years provider to continue the 3-year-old and 4-year-old kindergarten program at Studley Park in 2020 and beyond. We have not been advised by DET if an alternative approved provider has been identified.

We want to make sure Kew families continue to have access to community kindergarten and will lease the Council-owned Studley Park facility to a Department of Education and Training approved early years provider from January 2020.
