Programs and activities continue as normal at relocated Balwyn Community Centre

Construction is progressing well at Balwyn Community Centre. The site is currently being upgraded so that the centre can meet the needs of our growing and increasingly diverse population, now and into the future.

During this construction phase, Balwyn Community Centre’s programs and activities are continuing as normal at 230 Balwyn Road, Balwyn North.

There are many exciting courses and services being offered by the Centre at the temporary location. You can get involved by:

Construction of the new Balwyn Community Centre is expected to be completed in 2020.

You can look forward to more functional spaces for programs and services, an occasional child care centre, increased on-site parking, expanded community gardens, a new recreation zone with a tennis court, learn-to-ride tracks for children and much more.
