Library School Holiday Activities

Bellingen Shire Council’s Bellingen, Dorrigo and Urunga Branch Libraries will host a range of free activities for children during the October school holidays.

The activities cater for children aged from 5 to 12 years and will surely be a highlight of the school holidays, with the program boasting a suite of activities including simple computer coding with Ozobots.

The Ozobots coding sessions have a limit of ten children per session so you’re encouraged to book in advance to secure your spot. In addition there will be also be other Science Technology Engineering and Maths (STEM) activities held at each of the libraries.

Tuesday 1st October 10-11.30am – Dinosaur doings (make your own dinosaur egg)

Thursday 3rd October 10-11.30am – Ozobots ages 7-12, bookings essential, limited to 10 children

Tuesday 8th October 10-11.30am – Lego construction
