Have you ever wondered what to do with those unwanted, out-of-date or leftover household chemicals found around your property?
The correct way to dispose of potentially hazardous chemicals is through the Household Chemical CleanOut program.
CleanOut is a free service for the safe disposal of a range of common household chemicals which could cause harm to human health and the environment if not disposed of correctly.
The Household Chemical Cleanout Day is being held on Sunday 29 September. The event is run by the NSW EPA and Toxfree and is hosted by Snowy Monaro Regional Council.
This year, the event will be held at the following location:
•Cooma Landfill (8448 Monaro Highway, Cooma): 10am – 2:30pm on Sunday 29 September 2019.
