There are many ways to pay: Direct debit – go to bayside.vic.gov.au/rates or call 9599 4444 for an application form Online – pay by Mastercard, Visa or Amex via bayside.vic.gov.au (merchant fees apply) Call 1300 725 338 to pay by credit card for amounts up to $10,000 (merchant fees apply) BPAY – pay from cheque, savings or credit card account via phone banking using your Biller Code and Reference Number shown on the rates notice Post – return the bottom of your rates notice with your cheque made payable to Bayside City Council to PO Box 27 Sandringham VIC 3191 In person – at any Post Office or at our Corporate Centre 76 Royal Avenue, Sandringham

Other interesting facts include: • If you were set up for direct debit last year, you don’t need to set it up again. We will automatically assume you want to continue, unless you tell us otherwise. • If we don’t receive your first instalment by 30 September, we will assume you want to pay in full by 15 February 2020. • If you choose to pay in full, we can send you an SMS reminder. Register at bayside.vic.gov.au/SMSrates. This service is currently not available for instalment payers.
