23 roads around the region will receive attention this fortnight while Gympie Regional Council crews work on five, large, construction projects.    

Quandong Road, Pitt Road, Mooloo Road and Smerdon Road shoulders will be graded. 

Thomas Road, Wambai Place, Barrett Road, Benstead Court, McTaggart Street, Power Road, Scott Road, Anderson Road, Julienne Street, Bowlers Drive, Pint Street, Duke Street, Spring Road and James Street will receive routine maintenance.  

Bridge Creek Road is set for gravel re-sheeting while asphalt works will occur on the Burnett and Wide Bay Highway.   

Work on Barter Street continues this fortnight with the construction of new kerb and channel, footpath and driveways. 

Footpath excavations and the construction of a new concrete pathway will occur along the Tin Can Bay Esplanade this fortnight with similar works being carried out along Power Road at Southside. 

Construction of stage three of the River to Rail Trail is continuing with pathway works along Brisbane Road.  

The Noosa Road pavement construction project is set to start this week. These works include providing improved drainage, road pavement construction and the addition of signs and guide posts.
