The Bayside Community Nursery 2019 sale season is finishing at the end of October and our final Nursery Gala Day will be held on Saturday 19 October from 9am - 2pm.
You can purchase Indigenous plants, propagated by our own volunteers, who will be on hand to give you advice on what to buy and how to plant.
There is also a free sausage sizzle to boost your energy to carry all those plants back to your car!
Local species thrive under our local conditions and planting Indigenous plants in your garden provides habitat and food to attract local birds, insects and animals.
Established in 1978, the Nursery is believed to the first in the world devoted entirely to the propagation of locally indigenous plants.
The Nursery was retrofitted and revitalised in 2016.
The Bayside Community Nursery is located 315 - 317 Reserve Road, Cheltenham.
