Street closure – Short Street Lithgow

On Wednesday 9 October, Short Street, Lithgow will be closed to traffic to carry out essential tree maintenance in this area.

The project involves removal of all dead wood and the raising of select tree canopies to ensure safe access for larger vehicles and busses. During this time, Short Street will be closed to through traffic, and contractors will work with all affected residents who need to enter to exit the street during this time.

The patience of affected residents is appreciated and Council advises that changed traffic conditions must be observed by all motorists travelling through the area.
