Cardinia Shire Council is inviting residents to provide feedback on the draft concept plan for the Alma Treloar BMX pump track and skate park.
In November 2018, Council adopted the Alma Treloar Masterplan. The preparation of the Alma Treloar Masterplan included extensive engagement with the local community.
Through this consultation, it was made clear to Council that the installation of a BMX track and the enhancement of the skate area were high priorities for many community members.
In May and June 2019, Council undertook community consultation to help inform the development of the BMX pump track and skate park enhancements at Alma Treloar Reserve.
This consultation period included visits to local primary and secondary schools, drop-in sessions at the reserve, and an online survey for community members to provide input. Since then, Common Ground Trails have developed a concept plan for the site.
Council is now inviting feedback on this draft concept plan.
