Mareeba Shire Council currently has two permanent part time Customer Service Officer positions available. Customer Service Officers provide complete, accurate and timely advice and assistance to customers for a broad range of services via the Council call centre and service counters.
The successful candidates will need to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written), be proficient in typing and be able to prioritise and manage their workload in times of high customer demand.
