Public notice pursuant to section 34 of the local government act 1993, to classify lot 1 in deposited plan 1251132, being 16 Noon Street, Blackmans Flat as operational land
At the ordinary meeting of Council on 28 October 2019, Council resolved to:
give public notice for 28 days of the proposal to classify Lot 1 in DP1251132 as “operational”; proceed with the classification of Lot 1 in DP1251132 as “operational”, if no submissions are received by Council during the notice period; return the matter to Council if any submissions are received during the notice period.Details of the proposed classification can be found at Item 11.2.7 of the Business Papers for Ordinary Meeting of Council of 28 October 2019, which can be found on Council’s website or may be viewed at Council’s Customer Service Administration Centre.
The public are invited to make submissions in relation to the proposed classification, which should be marked “Classification of land – 16 Noon Street, Blackmans Flat” and sent to Council’s Administration Centre to the attention of the General Manager or by email to [email protected] by 4pm on Tuesday 3 December 2019.
