Proposed traffic projects at Carlingford, Rosehill and Parramatta

City of Parramatta Council invites written submissions from affected residents and relevant authorities on the proposed traffic projects detailed below:

The installation of traffic signals at the intersection of North Rocks Road and Alkira Road, Carlingford (Ref. TS 2019 61). Link to details.Email comments by Wednesday, 27 November 2019.   The installation of a ‘No Left Turn Vehicles Over 9m’ restriction for eastbound and westbound traffic on Prospect Street at Alfred Street, Rosehill (Ref. TS 2019 67).Link to map.  Email comments by Wednesday, 20 November 2019.   The installation of a ‘3 tonne Load Limit’ in Meehan Street, Granville and Rosehill Street, Parramatta (Ref. Written submissions must be provided to Council by the date shown above for each project. Please include your street address and the traffic survey reference in your response.

All submissions will be considered and findings will be presented to the Parramatta Traffic Committee (PTC) for review. The PTC includes representatives from the Police, Roads and Maritime Services, public transport providers and Council’s Traffic and Transport Services Unit. All respondents will be advised of the outcome accordingly.
