The Minister for Planning has approved Amendment C207 to the Greater Dandenong Planning Scheme.
The Amendment came into operation on 24 October 2019, the date this notice was published in the Victorian Government Gazette.
The Amendment rezones 90 Gove Street, Springvale and 6-8 Fifth Avenue, Dandenong from General Residential Zone 1 to Public Park and Recreation Zone and makes associated changes to the Greater Dandenong Planning Scheme.
A copy of the Amendment can be inspected, free of charge on the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning website at www.planning.vic.gov.au/public-inspection and at the offices of the Greater Dandenong City Council, 225 Lonsdale Street, Dandenong.
