The President of the Shire of Capel Cr M Southwell has requested a Special Meeting of Council to consider the time and date of Council meetings; to trial the recording of council meetings; to record the votes of all councillors; to make decisions about the 2020/21 budget; to recognise the tourism and heritage value of Gelorup; and to advise Government that the Southern alignment of the Bunbury Outer Ring Road is not compatible with the Gelorup corridor.
