PUBLIC ART APPLICATION | PENCILS – PENGUIN

The Council has received an application for approval to install the public art piece, ‘PENCILS’, pictured.

The piece is proposed to be located on the foreshore at Penguin – on the grassed area between the footpath and road. This location is indicated on the image by the blue square.

The Council seeks community feedback on the proposed installation. Any objections or submissions should be made in writing to:
