Public Notice - Hillston Stormwater Maintenance Works

Council wishes to advise of upcoming works to the Hillston Stormwater System. The works are expected to begin on the 19 November 2019 and last for approximately one week.

The stormwater network is an important asset for council and requires maintenance on a regular basis so that the pipes are free from blockages, debris and other defects. Additionally, it is also important that rain water flows naturally through the network and that the town is free of any potential flooding.

Works included are CCTV Pipe Surveying to identify any defects in the stormwater network and possible drain cleaning to remove any noticeable blockages in the system.
