Expressions of interest now open for Midland Markets

Expressions of interest are now open for the provision of an operating licence to establish and manage markets within Midland. 

The City seeks an operator interested in establishing and operating diverse markets in Midland with various offerings and activities to attract visitors and to service and entertain local residents and visitors to the Midland Activity Centre.

Obtaining Documentation: Requirements, criteria and documentation may be obtained by visiting www.tenderlink.com/swancity/. If you have any issues contact the Contracts and Procurement Manager by email to [email protected].

Deadline: 2pm, Wednesday December 4, 2019, Australian Western Standard Time.

Lodgement: Preferred lodgement of Response is by upload electronically through the City’s E-tendering portal (https://www.tenderlink.com/swancity/). Hard copy lodgement will only be accepted by prior written agreement with the Contracts and Procurement Manager who should be contacted by e-mail to [email protected] for instructions.

Any Response that is not lodged with the City before the Expression of Interest deadline will not be considered for evaluation. Responses lodged by email or facsimile will not be accepted.

Canvassing of any City of Swan Councillors or Officers will disqualify Respondents from the process.
