PUBLIC EXHIBITION OF DRAFT MASTER PLAN

A Draft Mildura South NAC Master Plan has been prepared and is available for public comment until Monday 16 December 2019.

Further to the introduction of the Urban Growth Zone (UGZ) to land on the southern corner of Sixteenth Street and Ontario Avenue by Amendment C75 in 2016, in accordance with the requirements of the accompanying schedule to the zone, preparation of the Master Plan was commissioned by Council with assistance from the Victorian Planning Authority (VPA).

The Plan is being prepared by Hansen Partnership and following consultation with stakeholders and the landowner of the site in April of this year, a Draft Master Plan has now been prepared for public comment.
