Isaac Regional Council would like to advise Dysart residents and pool users the Dysart Swimming Pool will open to the public on:
Saturday, 30 November 2019 From 10am to 6pm
The previous open date of 19 November is pushed back due to unavoidable delays with the delivery of parts to the pool which has subsequently resulted in the remaining scheduled works being delayed.
The remaining works include the completion of tiling in the kids splash pool, laying of turf, re-installation of shade sails, site clean-up and completion of the plant commissioning.
The Dysart Swimming Pool trading hours for the 2019 summer season are:
Monday and Friday - 6am to 6pm Tuesday to Thursday - 6am to 7.30pm Saturday and Sunday - 10am to 6pm School Holidays – 10am to 6pm
Council sincerely apologises for any inconvenience caused and thanks residents for their continued patience while the pool was undergoing a refurbishment.
The $2 million refit will extend the life of the pool by 20 years and has made it a safe place to cool off, relax, enjoy water play, swim laps, attend a fitness class, learn to swim, improve your swim stroke or join a swimming club.
