Childcare excels

Congratulations to the Town of Bassendean's childcare centre service, Wind in the Willows in Ashfield, which has received the Federal Government's top rating for providing a quality service.

It's no easy feat to achieve an "Exceeding" the standards rating. In 2018, the Government introduced the revised National Quality Standard which is much more rigorous.

Our service demonstrates a strong commitment to continuous quality improvement and the team work diligently in the best interest of children, families and the wider community.

We are extremely thankful that this has been recognised and feel very proud to receive the "Exceeding" rating.
