Lithgow Library will be hosting an information morning on Friday 29 November 2019 to recognize Movember, an important event on the calendar that highlights men’s health and aims to stop men from dying young.

Dr John Dearin will give an informative talk on men’s health, with tips on staying healthy and issues to look out for. Jacque Seliscar from Lithgow’s Hometown Cafe will be talking about issues that men face and Jack from The Toughgrind Barbers will be in attendance to shave our volunteers who have been growing their moustaches and beards during November.

There will also be free information handouts on various aspects of men’s health and morning tea will be provided. No bookings are required for this free event which will be held at 10am on Friday 29 November at Lithgow Library Learning Centre, 157 Main Street Lithgow.  For more information contact the library on 6352 9100.
