Changes to the Pool & Spa Safety Program

We’ve recently made changes to our safety program which will commence in January 2020. If you own a pool or spa, you would have received a flyer detailing these changes.

We’ve moved towards an annual service charge which is being phased in over the next four years.

We collect the State Government legislated fee to fund part of the pool safety program.
