The next edition of Liverpool’s successful after work pop-up bar series will become the city’s biggest end-of-year Christmas party when it takes over Augusta Cullen Plaza on Thursday 5 December.
“Council’s next Love Livo Nights pop-up will be a special end-of-year celebration for those living, working and studying in Liverpool,” Liverpool Mayor Wendy Waller said.
“It is the perfect opportunity to bring people from all walks of life together to celebrate all the fantastic things that have been happening in our thriving city.
“I invite people who’ll be in Liverpool on the evening of 5 December to come and have some after-work drinks, a bite to eat and to enjoy live music with friends and colleagues.”
Mayor Waller said the Love Livo Nights pop-up series had added something special to the city’s growing night-time economy.
“We’ve seen great success with our Love Livo Nights pop-up and have showcased a number of our city’s unique streetscapes, all while helping establish a vibrant night-time economy in Sydney’s third CBD,” Mayor Waller said.
“The pop-up series has been a fantastic opportunity to partner with local restaurants, cafes and bars, giving them a chance to test new open hours and menu items at low risk.”
The next instalment of Love Livo Nights will be held from 5pm–8pm on Thursday 5 December at Augusta Cullen Plaza, next to the Memorial School of Arts.
Love Livo Nights is funded by the NSW Government and is held at a new Liverpool CBD location on the first Thursday of every month.
