CONNECTING CARE – INFORMATION HUB | 28 November & 5 December

There are a number of locally-based initiatives being trialled in our area to better connect community members to the local support they need, when they need it. As part of these Connecting Care activities, Information Hub Open Days are being trailed and the details are below:

When: Between 10.30am and 3.30pm on Thursday 28 November and Thursday 5 December.

Where: Ulverstone Secondary Collage offsite campus at 21 Alexandra Road, Ulverstone located near the Shrine of Remembrance (clock tower).

Entry is free and soup and sandwiches will be available.
