Victoria Park will be closed from Monday 25 November until Thursday 5 December. The speed of re-opening Victoria Park will be weather dependent and may vary accordingly. The Inclusive Play Space and Oak Avenue will remain open except for all day Saturday 30 November. There are no road closures and there will be limited impact to existing car parking and general vehicle access around Ballarat CBD. Parking bays will be reserved for Spilt Milk bus shuttle services on Mair street between Lydiard Street and Coffee Palace Lane from 10pm – 2am Friday night, and again from 9am – 5pm Saturday 30 November.  A number of Spilt Milk bus shuttle services will utilise existing bus zones. Wendouree Station will be the primary transport hub to manage concert goers returning to Melbourne on the Saturday evening. Sturt Street service lane will be closed and used as a drop off point for patrons and also for taxi and Uber. There will be heavy bus traffic on Gillies Street adjacent to Victoria Park from 10am Saturday 30 November until 2am Sunday 1 December. This is the primary bus shuttle drop off and pick up point.
