Piping of Open Drains | Cnr Bridge St & SW HWY, Boyanup

As part of the Shire of Capel 2019/20 works program, the existing deep open drains between the post office and the rail lines will be piped and the trenches backfilled to improve the drainage function.

The construction is programmed to commence on Monday 16th December 2019 with completion expected by early in the new year.

The area of gravel carpark opposite the post office will be closed during the works to provide a lay down area for the works.

During the works, traffic management will be in place and road users are urged to slow down when approaching the area, obey all signs and show courtesy to other road users.
