Parramatta City Council is exhibiting Draft Parramatta CBD Development Contributions Plan (Amendment No 5), currently known as Parramatta City Council Section 94A Development Contribution Plan – Parramatta City Centre that applies to the Parramatta CBD. The purpose of the amendment is to principally exempt certain development by or on behalf of Council identified in the Plan from the need to pay a contribution under the Plan. Other amendments include administrative changes to improve usability of the plan and map updates to reflect locations of the proposed Parramatta Aquatic and Leisure Centre and the new Civic Building in Parramatta Square.

Written comments should be sent to Council by 4:30pm on Friday 31 January 2020.
