Notice is hereby given that the Council of the Shire of Capel is considering a proposal to permanently close an entry to previously proposed lane way from Tiffany Centre, Dalyellup.

This portion of local Road Reserve is proposed for closure to enable subdivision of Lot 9039 Norton Promenade, Dalyellup (WAPC 158066).

The Shire of Capel is requesting comment to assist in identifying potential constraints to the closure.

Plans setting out the area affected by the closure may be inspected at the Council Offices, Forrest Road, Capel during normal office hours.
