Christmas / New Year services and opening hours

Some Council services take a short break but kerbside rubbish bins are collected as usual over the Christmas/New Year period.

Opening hours for the Bayside City Council Corporate Centre, 76 Royal Avenue:

Monday 23 December 8.30am – 3pm EARLY CLOSURE

Tuesday 24 December 8.30am – 5pm

Wednesday 25 & Thursday 26 December CLOSED

Friday 27 December 8.30am – 5pm

Saturday 28 December & Sunday 29 December CLOSED

Monday 30 December 8.30am – 5pm

Tuesday 31 December 8.30am – 4pm EARLY CLOSURE

Wednesday 1 January CLOSED

Thursday 2 January – normal hours resume (8.30 am – 5pm)

Regular kerbside bin collection services operate as usual during the holiday period. Report a missed bin here.

Hard waste and bundled branches bookings close from 5pm Monday 16 December. Online bookings reopen 5pm Friday 3 January or by phone 95999 4444 on Monday 5 January.

Collections booked in January can include Christmas pine trees.
