On Demand public transport services known as 'Keoride' will be trialled in the Barossa from Monday, 13 January 2020.
The service, an initiative of the Department of Planning, Transport and Infrastructure and operated by Keolis Downer, is similar to ridesharing passenger services in that commuters will be able to request a vehicle to collect them from a pick up point within 60-130m of their locatio, and take them anywhere within in the service area from 7am to 6pm weekday and from 10am - 5pm on weekends.
To use the service, simply download the Keoride App from the App Store or Google Play Store and register, or call 1300 642 604.
