About the opportunity:
An exciting opportunity exists for Coordinator Corporate Properties to join Isaac Regional Council’s Engineering and Infrastructure Directorate on a fixed-term five (5) year full-time contract. Based in the Isaac Region and reporting to the Manager Corporate Properties and Fleet, this position is responsible for assisting in the management of built assets, development of strategic programs and management and delivery of projects, programs and strategies within the Isaac Region.
The successful applicant will enjoy:

Minimum of three (3) years demonstrated senior leadership experience of building & maintenance teams, preferably in Local Government; Tertiary qualifications and / or experience in either trade services, construction, project management, or related field is highly regarded; Strategic planning experience and the ability to deliver on expectations; Ability to manage a multidisciplinary team; Blue/White Construction Card and ‘C’ class drivers licence.Position Description
