Proposed Grant of Easement Over Community Land - 20 Delaware Road

Pursuant to Section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993, notice is hereby given of the following proposed grant of easement over community land to the persons listed in the table below.

For construction of a stormwater pipe below the surface of the land to connect to a Council stormwater facility within the reserve Perpetual

Any person may make a submission regarding the above-proposed grant of easement. Submissions must be in writing and be received by the Council not later than 14 February 2020. Please send your submissions to City of Parramatta Council, PO Box 32, Parramatta NSW 2124 or by email to [email protected]. A submission by way of objection must specify the grounds and how the interests of the person making the objection are affected.
