The third and final of the City of Ballarat’s free Summer Sundays concert has been relocated to the Civic Hall due to inclement weather. Concert goers are reminded that free parking is available at Council's Creswick Road Car Park and the Train Station.
Following its recent restorative works, the Civic Hall will be the perfect venue to host live music. Joining a long line-up of star performers (INXS, AC/DC, Slim Dusty, Silverchair and Chubby Checker) who have graced the stage of the Civic Hall will be Australian rock musician, writer and front man of the band You Am I, Tim Rogers.
Tim Rogers will headline the final Summer Sundays concert and will be joined by Australian musicians Anna Bilbrough, Kee’ahn, and Sunnyside. The live entertainment will kick off at 3.30pm and will finish at 7.30pm.
The Civic Hall is a licensed venue and doesn’t permit patrons to bring their own alcoholic beverages. However, there will be food and drink vendors set up within the vicinity of the Civic Hall.
The past two weekends have attracted thousands of people to the Summer Sundays concert series, with crowds expected to peak for the final event of 2020 this Sunday.
