Gympie Regional Council and Centenary Gympie Scout Group are inviting members of the public to attend Movies in the Park.
Bring a chair or rug and enjoy a movie under the stars with neighbours, friends and family this Saturday, 18 January from 7.00pm at Nelson Reserve Gympie.
Starring Philippe Bozo, The Jungle Bunch is a story about Maurice the penguin and his friends who intend to maintain order and justice in the jungle. But Igor, an evil koala, wants to destroy the jungle once and for all, helped by his army of silly baboons.
A sausage sizzle and popcorn will be provided by the Centenary Gympie Scout Group or BYO snacks and dinner.
In the event of wet weather, the movie will be screened inside the Gympie Civic Centre.
This is an unsupervised event.
