Australia Day in Bayside
Bayside City Council 22 Jan 2020

We are celebrating Australia Day 2020 with a Citizenship Ceremony and Flag Raising ceremony commencing at 9:30am at the Beaumaris Community Centre (90 Reserve Road, Beaumaris) on Sunday 26 January 2020. All members of the community are invited to join the Mayor, Cr Clarke Martin and fellow Councillors to welcome 70 new Australian citizens from 22 countries.

The winners of the Bayside Australia Day Awards 2020 will be announced at an evening ceremony at Royal Brighton Yacht Club.

Our magnificent beaches and foreshore including the world famous bathing boxes at Dendy Street beach will also be the location of many informal Australia Day celebrations.
