Members of the community are encouraged to come along to the 2020 Australia Day Awards and Citizenship Ceremony.
The event will be held from 9am at the Gympie Civic Centre and will acknowledge those who have gone above and beyond for their community.
The day will also officially welcome new Australian citizens who now call Gympie home.
This is a free event, and light refreshments will be provided.
