Better access at Echuca and Kyabram Environment Centres

Council has agreed to transfer $113,351 from the Waste Reserve into road upgrades at the Echuca and Kyabram Environment Centres.

A sealed connection on Everard Road to the existing sealed internal access roads will be implemented at the Kyabram Environment Centre at a cost of $67,351.
