During February, Bayside City Council will be conducting its annual Community Satisfaction Survey to help measure community sentiment on a range of our services and facilities as well as other issues of concern in Bayside.
We have engaged Metropolis Research to conduct the survey via face-to-face interviews to get your feedback on how we can improve our performance.
Researcher will be door-knocking 700 randomly selected households in Bayside to share their experiences. Participation is voluntary however we encourage you to have your say. Researchers will have identification and will not ask to enter your residence.
The survey involves a doorstep conversation to truly understand the issues that are important to Bayside residents. It measures residents’ satisfaction with overall performance, services and facilities, planning and development, customer service and planning for population growth, along with other issues.
Information obtained from the survey is used to help Council address areas where the community feels we could be performing better.
Last years’ results indicated that Bayside was performing above the state average in services including animal management, financial management, home and community care, libraries, maternal child health, food safety and roads.
This year’s results will be published in full on Council’s website.
