Disabled parking will not change under the City of Ballarat’s Smarter Parking Plan.

Blue permit holders will be able to park for free with no time restrictions while green permit holders will get their first hour free and then they can stay for double the time they pay for.

Parking officers will continue to patrol disability parks as per the usual process.
