ABOUT THE SURVEY

This survey has been developed to obtain feedback about how people in our communities like to be communicated with. The survey measures awareness about services available and popularity of communication channels. It also measures awareness around LHAC activities.

The Community Survey was conducted in 2014 and then again in 2016. Previous surveys resulted in improvements to our MLHD website and also helped us make the decision to move into Social Media.

We will be distributing media releases and also promoting this survey through our social media channels and website.
