The City of Swan will be holding a Special Meeting of Council.

The purpose of the meeting is to discuss matters related to the proposed aged care development at Paradise Quays, Ballajura including:
Receipt of the Masterplan Engagement Outcomes Report (prepared by element) The Council resolution of 11 December 2019 pertaining to the buffer zone for the Emu Swamp Conservation Category Wetland. Proposed Variations to the Sale and Development Agreement with Southern Cross Care.Please note matters 2 and 3 will be closed to members of the public in accordance with 5.23 of the Local Government Act 1995 as they deal with a contract and/or legal advice.
