Dalyellup Development Works

The development of the tavern, childcare and retail site on Portobello Road Dalyellup, will be commencing on Monday 3 February, with civil works being undertaken by Vasse Civil.

The civil works will include the installation of sewer, water and gas to the site which will require excavation of a portion of Piccadilly Lane.

The portion of Piccadilly Lane between Portobello Rd and Silk Lane will be closed to all traffic during the excavation works which should last a couple of weeks.

The remainder of the civil works will be the construction of the carpark area which is expected to be completed within six weeks. Building works are expected to commence soon after with a completion date around September 2020
