Many Council services and updates are now even easier to access thanks to additions and improvements to the Council online app.
Report a barking dog, view development applications or make a payment using the app, wherever it suits you and at any time.
“Access to a range of Council services is now literally in the palm of your hand and we are progressively adding to the services you can tap into by using the app,” Armidale Regional Council Mayor Simon Murray said.
“Council is constantly investigating ways to make it more convenient to access our services and Council-related information. The app is a key tool to make it easy for people to connect with us, in ways and at times that suit them.”
The app enables community members to instantaneously report issues such as a burst water main, road maintenance issues or graffiti.
“Residents can take a photo of an incident and use the app to send us the image,” Councillor Murray said.
Rates notices and water bills can now be received electronically, while payments and enquiries can be submitted using the app.
“Community members can also look up outstanding payments, enquire about bin collection services or even register a koala sighting,” he said.
