Popular food festival Liverpool on a Roll will light up a top secret parkland location in Liverpool on Saturday 18 April, treating attendees to fantastic international cuisine ‘on a roll’, live music, garden games and a pop-up beer garden.
“Liverpool on a Roll brings some of Western Sydney’s best restaurants and cafes together for one evening only, showcasing our own city’s cultural diversity and offering a range of delicious cuisine from around the globe,” Liverpool Mayor Wendy Waller said.
“The much-loved food festival will be rolling on to another pocket of Liverpool, activating another neighbourhood park and giving residents a fantastic evening of entertainment and eats that’s close to home.”
Through the love of food, Liverpool on a Roll has brought together thousands of people from all walks of life to celebrate the city’s rich multicultural fabric.
“We created Liverpool on a Roll to celebrate our vibrant, growing community and the many cultures that have helped make Liverpool a fantastic place to live, work, study and visit,” Mayor Waller said.
“I invite restaurants, cafes and food trucks to challenge themselves to come up with delicious ‘on a roll’ dishes for the Liverpool community to indulge in at Liverpool on a Roll and I invite businesses to get involved as a sponsor to help bring our celebration to life.”
In addition to international cuisine, with all food items capped at $12, Liverpool on a Roll will feature live entertainment, garden games and a pop-up beer garden.
Liverpool on a Roll will be held from 4pm – 10pm on Saturday 18 April. The location will be revealed soon.
