The Central Coast Council is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated person as a Risk Officer within its Organisational Services Department.

The Risk Officer is responsible for promoting a consistent whole of organisation risk management culture by providing specialist strategic and operational risk management advice and services.

Essential: Demonstrated experience in the development, implementation and review of risk management strategies to control risk to the Council’s assets, including human, fiscal, property and environmental. Tertiary qualifications in Risk/Work Health and Safety.

Salary and conditions: Full-time position. Central Coast Council’s Enterprise Agreement – Professional Officer Level 2-3, depending on qualifications and experience.
